Ancient residence in the historic center of Bivona, located close to the ancient Jesuit church Mater Salvatoris, dating back to the 16th century, and next to the brand new municipal theater, built in 2020 to redevelop the square of primary historical importance for the community. The construction of the building dates back to the last decades of the 19th century and consists of a large garage with a high cross ceiling, typical of the construction period of the structure, and a first floor apartment of approximately 140 square meters, both with access from Via Piazza.
