The house facilitates a family holiday and has a private swimming pool of 3.5 by 8 meters. The property exists of two buildings; The main house with three bedrooms (Double room with balcony, triple room with balcony, single room) and the garden house which offers a single bed extendible to double, kitchenette and bathroom. There's private parking on the premises for a small car while right in front of the house there's a reserved street parking space. The master bedroom and the room with the bunk beds have air conditioning. In the garden there are various areas to chill out and there are a spacious barbecue and wood oven. The house is located at a 10 minute drive from the beaches of Sitges. Sant Pere de Ribes has some nice bars with live music and good restaurants within walking distance from the property. In the near surrounding you’ll find shops, a park, play ground and vinyards. Barcelona is a 35 minutes ride, other attractions in the region are the cava and wine route in the Penedes wine region, Portaventura and water park Aqualeon.
